Auto Load Next Post has a New Site

With the release of WordPress 4.7 I thought it was time to officially have Auto Load Next Post site to be powered by WordPress seeing how it is a WordPress plugin after all.

The new default theme Twenty Seventeen seemed appropriate and is WooCommerce ready so I went that. The customiser controls were a little confusing at first to match the demo of the theme but I decided to stick with the basics.

The menu navigation was the most important part of the site that I needed to get right so users know what to look for.

Links to documentation, support, f.a.q.’s and now a feature roadmap listing what is to come and in the future is available.

Images are provided by Unsplash.com and the site uses only a few plugins:

  • JetPack
  • Mailchimp for WordPress
  • WooCommerce
  • WP Rocket
  • Yoast SEO

I hope you like it, download the plugin and use it or give it a try and signup for the newsletter for news on Auto Load Next Post Premium.

P.S. Would love to add more feedback from social media such as Twitter so please use hashtag #alnplugin in your tweets. Thank you.

Auto Load Next Post Beta Tester v1.0.1

Today I have made some improvements to the beta tester for Auto Load Next Post. I have switched to the API for GitHub releases in order to get the latest release, rather than the tag which is not chronological.

This not only is more accurate but easier for me to release beta versions of the plugin quicker.

The beta tester is a good way to get feedback on the plugin before releasing to the public and I hope you can participate.

I am in the process of releasing a new beta soon so now is a good time to install this on a staging site. Download the beta tester now from GitHub.

I will also announce an update here once the beta is available with the new changes.

Comments are welcome. 🙂
